Things that may make you an asshole (TW: ableist slurs)
- Saying that “derp” and “herp derp” isn’t ableist in anyway despite there being evidence that it fucking is.
- Mocking the use of trigger warnings and telling us to stop being so “sensitive” on the Internet.
- Telling people with disabilities what and what not to be offended by.
- Saying that there is no such thing as ableism and calling people “retarded” for knowing it is real.
- Saying that the idea of social justice and equal rights for people with disabilities is “retarded.” Hello, your privilage is showing. And you’re only proving the point that ableism exists with your contradicting statements.
